Policy

All items are made-to-order for our customers upon purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any change of mind matters. Please ensure you order the correct

size and orientation for your space before proceeding to checkout.

If you are unsure about any items, please feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

Please be aware that colours on different screens and monitors may vary slightly.

If your order, unfortunately, arrives to you damaged during transit, we kindly request that you

send us an email (hello@wovenpalettedesigns.com.au) within 48 hours of receiving your

package. Along with photos of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.

 

Once reviewed, our team will happily send out a replacement if applicable. We are not responsible for any

damage that may occur during or once you have opened your item; therefore, we will not accept

any claims after the 48-hour period of receiving your package.

If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, a re-delivery fee will be

required to resend your order.

If any product doesn’t conform to the specifications provided in the order or Woven Palette

Designs fail to produce and ship products in accordance with the terms of any order, We shall,

either ship a replacement for any product that does not conform to the original order terms or

credit you with the purchase price, plus shipping and handling costs, of the non-conforming

products.
